superb central stay
ideal location small kitchenette helpful staff
the location was perfect everything i needed was within walking distance. the room had a small kitchenette with helpful appliances. the staff was helpful and friendly always ready to assist with directions or recommendations.
i noticed a small stain on the carpet in my room it was minor but detracted slightly from the otherwise immaculate condition of the room i hope it gets addressed quickly.

the room included comfortable beds and ample space to move around the bathroom was modern with a great shower it had fluffy towels there were tea and coffee facilities available.

the hotel offered complimentary wifi throughout the building access was easy there was a 24-hour front desk always staffed and ready to help secure luggage storage was available on arrival and departure.

while the hotel did not have a full restaurant breakfast service was available to order to my room there were plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby within a short walking distance.

The staff was helpful! The room was super clean. The location was excellent, close to many attractions. Access to the underground was easy.
The premises were not in line with the price level. They also did not match the digital presentation. I expected more from the hotel.

fantastic stay near the strand
convenient location friendly staff nearby restaurants easy access
the location is awesome, just off the strand and super close to covent garden. i loved that there are many good restaurants nearby and covent garden is a treat. the reception staff really helped me out and were friendly to me.
i found that the premises did not exactly match the digital presentation, a small thing.

the superior king room includes high quality linens and a luxurious blanket. there is also a fully stocked kitchenette. the shower has excellent water pressure and is spotlessly clean.

the hotel is close to many nearby shops and restaurants. theaters are conveniently located within walking distance, it takes few minutes. the location is ideal for accessing key attractions.

the hotel provides umbrellas at the exit, a cute little touch. there is a welcome drink service and explanations are available. the staff accommodates allergies to make sure i had everything i needed.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The location is central and close to Covent Garden. I also appreciated that the room was clean and the facilities were functional.
The premises did not feel quite worth the cost. It did not fully match what I saw online. The price felt high considering the overall experience! but I was nice. The noise levels could be disruptive at times.
