superb central stay

the location was perfect everything i needed was within walking distance. the room had a small kitchenette with helpful appliances. the staff was helpful and friendly always ready to assist with directions or recommendations.

i noticed a small stain on the carpet in my room it was minor but detracted slightly from the otherwise immaculate condition of the room i hope it gets addressed quickly.

the hotel offered complimentary wifi throughout the building access was easy there was a 24-hour front desk always staffed and ready to help secure luggage storage was available on arrival and departure.

the location is awesome, just off the strand and super close to covent garden. i loved that there are many good restaurants nearby and covent garden is a treat. the reception staff really helped me out and were friendly to me.

i found that the premises did not exactly match the digital presentation, a small thing.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The location is central and close to Covent Garden. I also appreciated that the room was clean and the facilities were functional.

The premises did not feel quite worth the cost. It did not fully match what I saw online. The price felt high considering the overall experience! but I was good. The noise levels could be disruptive at times.
